SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM PIECES AND CHARITY PIECES cannot be refunded.

I’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item for either an exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:

- item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

- item must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

Because I'm still a very small business, any return shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility. If the package does not arrive safely, I will not be able to complete the refund. It's recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Please notify me before sending back your item with your order number, so that I know it's coming. As soon as I receive your item, you will be refunded.​

All customers are responsible for customs/import duties & taxes.

Important note: If you've chosen the regular, untracked shipping method for your order, please understand that it is not my responsibility if you do not get your package. Please select the tracked shipping option at checkout if this concerns you.
